July 10, 2024Peter came on day 1 and removed all the window mechanism (including handle). Left with all the parts. Contacted supplier of these parts.( this was a process of them emailing back and forth several times to get the right parts. Size and shape). Then Peter ordered the parts. When the parts arrived to him, he contacted me (about 8 days later) came to install the mechanism. (This was not simple job like they show on YouTube. ) My window is about 25 years old and parts have changed over the years. Peter never gave up. It rained on him, then the sun came out and baked him. Peter kept working on this puzzle of parts. He has a workshop in his truck and after modifying (practically rebuilding the mechanism) got the window working again. This is dedication! When I have anything else I can’t do, I have Peter @501 Reno on speed dial. Thank you Peter
